BagelDash started with one simple frustration: great bagels go cold and stale on the way to you. So we built a tiny neighbourhood bakery and our own delivery — no middlemen, no soggy paper bags.
Everything is hand-rolled, kettle-boiled the traditional way, and baked in small batches throughout the day. When you order, we bake. That's the whole secret.
